JEM Marketing Joins HARPA and Launches the Holiday Park Awards
JEM Marketing is proud to have become an Associate Member of HARPA, formerly known as the British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA), as we continue to strengthen our commitment to the UK holiday park industry.
The membership marks an important milestone for JEM Marketing, reflecting our specialist focus on helping holiday parks, park groups and businesses serving the sector to improve their marketing, strengthen their brands and achieve sustainable growth.
It also comes at an exciting time as we prepare to launch the inaugural Holiday Park Awards, a new independent awards programme created to celebrate the exceptional parks, businesses and people shaping the future of the UK holiday park industry.
A specialist holiday park marketing consultancy
JEM Marketing is not a generalist marketing agency.
The holiday park industry is at the heart of what we do. We understand the unique challenges involved in marketing holiday parks, from generating holiday home sales enquiries and increasing direct bookings to improving the guest journey, building stronger brands and ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable commercial results.
Our work brings together strategic marketing support with practical implementation, helping businesses move beyond disconnected campaigns and create marketing plans aligned with their wider commercial goals.
Becoming a HARPA Associate Member reinforces that commitment and gives JEM Marketing further opportunities to connect, collaborate and share knowledge with park owners, operators and other specialist suppliers from across the country.
HARPA represents and supports holiday and residential park businesses throughout the UK, promoting best practice, sharing industry knowledge and ensuring that the sector has a strong and influential voice.
For JEM Marketing, joining this community is another important step in developing deeper relationships across the industry and contributing positively to its continued success.
Introducing the Holiday Park Awards
Alongside our HARPA membership, we are delighted to be launching the Holiday Park Awards.
The new awards have been created to provide an inclusive, credible and independent platform for recognising excellence throughout the holiday park sector.
Award categories will celebrate:
Holiday parks and park groups
Holiday home ownership operators
Touring, glamping and lodge businesses
Industry suppliers and service providers
Outstanding individuals and teams
Excellence across marketing, sales, innovation, accessibility and guest experience
The awards will be free to enter, with entries assessed by an independent panel of experienced industry judges rather than through a public vote.
This approach will ensure that businesses of every size have the opportunity to be recognised for the quality of their work, not simply the size of their customer database or social media following.
Entries will open on 22 September 2026 and close on 20 November 2026, with finalists announced in February 2027.
The journey will culminate in the first Holiday Park Awards ceremony at Sandy Park in Exeter on 22 April 2027, bringing together holiday park owners, operators, suppliers and professionals from across the UK.
Supported by businesses that believe in the industry
The inaugural Holiday Park Awards would not be possible without the support of an exceptional group of sponsors and partners.

Celebrating the people behind the parks
The holiday park industry makes an enormous contribution to UK tourism, local employment and rural and coastal communities.
Behind every successful park are dedicated teams and individuals working tirelessly to create memorable holidays, support holiday homeowners, introduce new ideas and deliver exceptional experiences.
However, some of the industry’s greatest achievement, and the people responsible for them - do not always receive the recognition they deserve.
The Holiday Park Awards have been created to change that.
We want to shine a light on the household names, independent family-run parks, emerging businesses, specialist suppliers and talented individuals collectively driving the industry forward.
The awards will not simply celebrate the biggest businesses. They will celebrate businesses and people doing brilliant work, wherever in the UK they are based and whatever their size.
An exciting next chapter
Joining HARPA and launching the Holiday Park Awards represent two significant developments for JEM Marketing.
Both reflect our long-term commitment to the holiday park sector and our ambition to support, connect and celebrate the businesses within it.
We look forward to becoming an active member of the HARPA community, continuing to support our holiday park clients and working with businesses from across the industry to make the inaugural Holiday Park Awards a celebration the sector can be truly proud of.
